Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been commissioned to provide specialist fire solutions services at a shopping centre in the south-west of England.
The 425,000-square-foot covered shopping mall opened in October 2006. The building was designed by London-based architects Chapman Taylor and built by Bovis Lend Lease, receiving a mixed reception. However, the shopping centre itself won two retail industry national awards within its first year, one of which was the Retail Week magazine’s “Shopping Location of the Year”.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will replace existing obsolete Kentec fire alarm panels with advanced panels, re-programme and provide full cause and effects testing and graphics.
