JLL’s Property and Asset Management (PAM) team to manage SEGRO’s 720,000 sq ft portfolio
JLL has been appointed by SEGRO to manage a retail and office portfolio in a new, three-year contract agreement.
SEGRO has expanded the scope of their relationship with JLL to include three multi-let office buildings and a number of single let offices.
JLL will now act as SEGRO’s sole external agent, across a 720,000 sq ft portfolio which comprises prime office space and retail assets, all located on Bath Road in Slough.
