ISS A/S, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, has today completed the divestment of its French business, with the exception of Global Key Account customers, to Onet SA.
This follows the announcement in December 2023, where ISS announced the signing of an agreement with Onet, a well-established and respected company with a long-standing track-record for service quality.
As part of the transaction, ISS and Onet have entered into a partnership where Onet will ensure the continued service delivery to ISS’s Global Key Account customers in France on behalf of the ISS Group.
