Atlas Workplace Services has announced the award of a significant new Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract with AQA, the independent education charity that marks over half of all GCSEs and A-levels every year. The partnership, which went live on 1 April 2025, includes cleaning, security, and mechanical and electrical services across the AQA estate.
The contract covers key sites in Guildford, Manchester and two in Milton Keynes. In addition to core TFM delivery, the agreement also includes provision for project work, offering AQA greater flexibility and opportunities to improve its estate over the potential four-year period.
AQA chose Atlas via a competitive tender process and has chosen to bring different service areas together under a TFM single provider for the first time. There was a successful three-month mobilisation period, and the two organisations are now working hard to deliver the strategic goals of the contract.
