Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has reinforced its integration capacity with the appointment of Faye Brown as Group Integration Co-ordinator, supporting the organisation’s continued expansion through its buy-and-build strategy.
Brown joined PTSG in 2021 following the acquisition of Total Environmental Compliance Ltd (TEC). Since then, she has played a central role in TEC’s transition into PTSG’s Water Division, including its recent merger with HCS. Her involvement across these programmes has provided hands-on experience of the leadership alignment, process discipline and delivery structures required to embed newly acquired businesses effectively.
Her background at TEC included extensive collaboration with colleagues across IT, Marketing, Business Development, HR, Facilities and Health & Safety, giving her wide cross-functional insight alongside operational understanding of a PTSG constituent business.
With more than 25 years’ experience in marketing, project coordination and executive support across sectors such as building compliance, software, manufacturing, the public sector and the charity sector, Brown has contributed to the introduction of new services and technologies that improved operational performance and strengthened customer outcomes.
In her new role she will lead integration implementation across the Group, ensuring that newly acquired companies are aligned with PTSG’s operating model and that value is realised in line with planned milestones.
Brown said: “I’m really excited to take on this role. It feels like a natural next step, and I’m passionate about bringing people, processes and plans together to ensure integrations run smoothly and support PTSG’s continued growth.”
She will report to PTSG Chief Performance Officer Alison Chard, who oversees the Group’s transformation and value-creation strategy.
Chard added: “PTSG’s growth model depends not only on acquiring high-quality businesses, but on integrating them with precision and pace. Faye has lived that process first-hand through TEC’s transition and its merger with HCS. She understands the disciplines that protect value and the relationships that make integration work. We are delighted to have her lead this critical part of our growth strategy.”
PTSG continues to expand its specialist services offering nationwide. The appointment strengthens its ability to deliver consistent, well-structured integrations that maintain customer continuity and support long-term growth.
