I’d like to introduce to you our new-look business, strengthening our position in supporting you when it comes to your facilities services and maintenance.

In the last decade Advance FM has become a well-reputed and premium facilities services and maintenance provider to the FM industry working towards becoming a contractor of choice nationwide.

Long known as a dependable provider of multiple services for buildings, premises and equipment which focuses on quality and cost efficiency, we have evolved and expanded to become a more comprehensive service provider for every kind of client in the commercial and industrial sectors in which we can tailor our range of services exactly to the varying requirements of our customers.

Therefore, we have rebranded and are now known as Advance Facilities Solutions. Our new name indicates that we deliver complete facilities solutions – a one-stop shop – going far beyond single-service building maintenance projects.

Like many other sectors, providing solutions for facilities management providers is developing at a fast rate and Advance Facilities Solutions is at the leading edge.

We offer planned maintenance, remedial and reactive works encompassing but not restricted to fabric maintenance, lighting, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, landscaping, fire doors, cladding cleaning, car parking maintenance and drainage. We also utilise the latest technology to enable us to offer the very best, most competitive services in the market. This includes the Internet of Things, delivering insightful data solutions; secure building entry systems; and drone surveys.

Drones deliver highly detailed video and photographic footage of roofs and building façades, which removes the need – and cost – of equipment such as mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs). Our experts can quickly determine the exact structural condition so that we can recommend the best remedial action to take. We also use drones for land-use planning, mapping, environmental studies and conveyancing.

As an agile company, we attend emergency callouts, fulfilling our customers’ requests – not just in the South East, but nationwide.

Advance Facilities Group remains the umbrella company. Following a restructure in 2021, the Group is now organised into four independent but complementary divisions to meet (and exceed) our customers’ expectations in the most effective way:

· Advance Facilities Solutions. The solutions provider for buildings, premises and equipment. We deliver planned maintenance, remedial and reactive works.

· Advance Drainage. Offering a wide range of services including unblocking drains, CCTV surveys, tanker and pump station services and many more.

· Advance Technical Services. Delivering mechanical and electrical (M&E) and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to shopping centres, retail and industrial parks.

· Advance Projects. Refurbishment or overhaul of new and existing facilities – either commercial, domestic or industrial.

Advance Facilities Group began 10 years ago, as a specialist drainage contractor for customers in a variety of sectors.
