Founded in 2010, and with offices in central London and Surrey, Capital & Provincial deliver client focused and results-led services via their team of 20+ project management and cost control consultants.
Between them, the Capital & Provincial leadership team has more than 200 years industry experience; since 1983 the team have fostered and maintained long-standing partnerships. Clients in the corporate, hotel, hospitality residential, technical and education sectors trust C&P to deliver projects that develop their high value estates and landmark buildings to achieve their commercial and carbon goals.
